    happiness is apparent when peace remains in all things, despite of them and because of them. i personally use the word "joy" to describe the temporary feeling of goodness and happiness to describe the state of constant peace.

    Happiness is really only possible in the present moment. When we start living for the future, it's like trying to fill a sack with no bottom in it.

    Not that I'm any better at living in the moment than anybody else is, of course. :O)
