+1Me tooo.... There's always something I want to do...reply - JohnT Suni 2013/02/27 03:36:31
I spent the first four years of retirement going from one end of the house to the other, installing new bathroom flooring, plumbing fixtures, shower tile, painting all rooms, redoing kitchen cabinets, new sink flooring, range top, oven, hood, lighting, wall insulation, ceiling insulation, new dual pane windows through out. new carpeting, baseboard, new sprinklers front and backyard, exterior paint job sanded hardwood floors and refinished and other too numerous to mention. Suffice to say I am now retired and don't do much.reply - EmmaWatsonForever 2012/06/02 01:12:22it's+15-6 years oldreply

+1It was originally my parents home they bought when they got married. I moved out in my 20's, and when they passed away it was left to me, so we did some updates and moved in 4 years ago. Altogether I guess I've lived here for about 26 years.reply - kfallslady 2012/05/28 19:11:26it's+1It was built in 1957reply

+1Honesty I would if I could, we just bought the place. It sits on 20 acres of land and has smaller buildings scattered here and there. It's kinda your cliche old english manor. We tried doing some research on the place but nothing has come up so its a mystery hahareply -

thanks for answering, SneakyPete!reply - Rebel Yell 2012/05/28 16:39:04it's+1Built in 1942, back when people took pride in their work. The original owner hand picked the hardwood flooring planks. It looks as good today as when he installed it himself.reply
