I cut it every 2 weeks. I do not get my hair cut at a barber shop, too expensive. I cut my own hair, I have a simple hair cut and it is not too hard to keep up on my own.

Twice per year! Bi-yearly.
Short-ish in spring and trim to stay long but shapely in fall. I don't do coloring or any harsh treatments so my hair stays butter soft and split-end free.
