How about None of the Above?
Drinking alcohol is just not my thing!
not that there is any thing wrong with wine,, just not for me....
Naturally, if you like wine and have no medical problems that would prohibit drinking it, the "real stuff" has more body, nose, and whatever else wine is supposed to have.
will have to check this out, not for my self, no alcohol for me, but just out of general interest..
do you know how they remove the alcohol ?
But I figured some folks might like to know that there really are 'denatured' wines on the market. If you do check them out, my family tells me they like the Fre (it might be Fré) better than the Ariel.
I believe the removal of the alcohol is done by filtration - perhaps passing it through activated charcoal.
not sure how you would pull the alcohol out , heat and evaporate the alconol ?
As I said, I believe they pass it through activated charcoal or some type of filter to remove the alcohol but it might be that they heat it. I've never tried to find out how it was done.
