I recently put together a grocery list of humane, organic, healthy foods to see how much it would cost for a single person a month it came up to about $595. How much do you think it is too much to spend a month for a single person's food supply?

Lean beef isn't even really that healthy since most people of the modern generation have probably not eaten a grass fed cow, along with anything processed. Depending on how strong and particular your morals are that also raises the bill if you wan to eat humane food.reply - YepIDid... meg 2012/08/07 16:56:27
our local farmer's market is very reasonable here, we eat a LOT of locally grown produce. And I do ask how they fertilize, etc. Many do it the old fashioned way: poop.reply -
Fertilizing with poop and live stock standing to their ankles in poop are completely different.reply
