I'm Vegetarian trying to be Vegan. My kid's mother is Vegan and my kids have been Vegan since birth.

I just clicked that answer, so I could answer the question. I am a meat eater. I don't eat a lot of it, but every once in a while, I do want a steak!I could never be either a Vegan or Vegetarian.

Me too. I'm having trouble giving up cheese. Cheese was always my favorite food and I grew up in a dairy farming community. I have cut back my cheese intake and have been trying some vegan cheese options like Vegan Gourmet and Daiya.

But I don't like vegetables. I think I'd be easier to be Vegetarian since they eat products from animals (dairy products).

I hated vegetables, with very few exceptions, well into my 20s. It was tough for a while, but then my palate changed and I began to like more and more vegetables. I'm not a fanatic for vegetables, but I do eat a lot more than before.

Hopefully I'll become more tolerate of vegetables in the future. Anyways, I'd like to be Vegan, but i'd be hard to give up milk, eggs, and cottage cheese (my favorite cheese).
