Yes I agree. I keep going into the question to see if I've already answered it and I usually have. I don't know why they allow this sharing business.

Who knows ..
I know quite a few have left suggestions on how SH can solve this problem ..
but so far .. no solution has been implemented at all ..
oh, well ..
back to slogging through the shares of my own ..
let's see how many duplicates I get today!

I don't know a lot about it but I would guess different people find a question interesting and want t share it, not everyone has same people on their friends list. I guess the way to stop this would be for the site to only allow a question to be shared once, no matter how different a members friends list might be..although that limit how many people actually see the question, unless they go searching

Or a million seems more accurate. I always keep track of the person that shared the questions, memorize his/her name, then remove that person from my friend's list if they've shared more than... usually five, maybe ten.

it is a never ending carousel of idiocy that keeps on going around regardless on what one does. I have taken to deleting all the shared questions for about one week at a time, hopping there will be something worth looking at.

I don't mind a few shared. For some reason I get yours and a few other people questions in triplets and have for some time now. These are not even shared questions. I have to delete the same questions 3 times every time because they keep coming back. I don't blame you or others, it's SH not fixing their own problems :/

Yes, I answer some although I tend to say away from religious questions because my views may offend due to me being an agnostic/atheist and I respect the fact you are a nun.

Most don't look at or see the shared questions, and others think of the same questions and post them...I think that may be it..
