well I won't be eating it much anymore, that's for damn sure. Because I was doing so well with losing weight, but over the past few months my son and Granddaughter have been staying with us. And I found myself eating a lot of junk food with them. WELL I just had a doctor visit and it turns our I have put on 16lbs. I couldn't believe it. I do not eat out at resturants but seldom BUT I do eat out of boxes and prepared stuff often. Occasionally I make myself a nice healthy samwich but usually it is a rushed box or can deal.reply
