Yes. I have. It's supposedly a submarine detector, but has been suspected of causing problems with the Aurora Borealis. It is built on some of the research conducted by Nicolas Tesla. of Tesla Coil fame-which every budding scientist builds for his Science Fair entry, even today.In the early 20th Century in an attempt to create a Death Ray, he blacked out all of New York City, when he turned on his Death Ray experiment. He and Thomas Edison were contemporaries, and hated one another. Tesla invented Alternating Current generation plants, in direct competition with Direct generators promoted by Edison. When Tesla died, his offices were ransacked and all his documents were stolen by the U.S. Government. The Very Long Waves of H.A.A.R.P. travel thousands of miles and are believed to affect Cetaceans: whales, dolphins and porpoises. A recent invention based upon Tesla's research is the Active Denial Systems, technically, a working death ray.


Edison was basically dealt in plagiarism of his employees inventions, a True Corporate Mogul, whereas, Nicolas Tesla was the real thing, many thought him the original Mad Scientist, Edison surely did and spread those rumors. IMHO Thank You For Your Indulgence
