I"m OLD.. so I started back in the days of dial-up BBS's, Prodigy, and the beginnings of Yahoo Chat. I've made a LOT of friends over the years, who pretty much have moved on or simply vanished without a word or a trace.

It's happened to me a few times... One person i used to talk to a lot left and after a while I messaged them and they came back. hahaha :)

I hope they get back to you cuz i do know the feelings really treacherous. sad to admit it but i've done the same to people. i just got too overwhelmed with stuff outside the net that sh became one of the last priorities and that wasn't to mean that some of my friends were - the ones i cared about have my email addy so i wasn't worried they were worried :) it'd be a good idea to share your email addy with people you feel close to, too, just in case sh or they become unavailable ;)

it's really nice to see you again, btw.

Never had that happen. Made a few dates that went pretty much according to plan and they disappeared ( intentionally ), but the friends I have made online, and met, I met after a year or two of conversation so pretty much knew what we were getting into. The ones that were going to fade did so before I ever worried about meeting them. Making friends in flesh and blood is still the most reliable way to do it.

I think I'm too impulsive. I deleted them and just got sad. I know I shouldn't think so, but I've seen them posting things and they were suppose to be on. And yep. Had it happened to me so many times in the past that I know the signs... By the way, return my mail that I sent you :P TC

OH a lot. One of many reasons why im anti social and hard for me to form any friends, because i know most are just fake and within a week or if not longer are gone. Why even make friends if they are just going to leave?
