I really dont see. But anyways, then we would all have to make a big complaint against everything in this world. Like for instance, the homeless shelter i am in right now, do not honor any of their rules. Should i make a big fuss about that? No, because it is a temporary thing and im not going to be there, and also they can kick you out for anything so why start stuff.

Where does it state that? I browsed through the TOS and never came across that at all. Where is it exactly? I think it would fall under fair use if used for a commentary purpose even if copyright was able to restrict other people's comments from being used and who posted it.

I seriously don't know any part that says you can't post other people's SodaHead names in a post. I have no idea what it doesn't happen often. I would love to see where it states it, because I went through it just now and couldn't find it :P

All I know though, is the people I've seen not wanting their identity's posted are the ones spewing hateful things. It seems like a form of censorship. Oh wells, perhaps I'm wrong.
