Actually, a wee tad over 198,000 miles. 38-42mpg mixed gas mileage. Recent highway trip: 45.6mpg. I'll drive this thing until it dies.

249,000 miles - but it is a Jeep, which means it is now "broken in."

HCH with just under 90, now in perfect shape, getting 40 mpg on average.

Bought an HCH recently with around 84k. Repaired the battery right away, replaced windshield, the bumper cover, the bumper support, and one of the headlight sockets. Apparently, it's been in a front-end collision, prob. with a pole, which was never reported, and instead of fixing it proper they just secured the cover with dry-wall screws and painted it over, just so it'd be really hard to see the damage without scraping the paint off or taking the car apart.

The whatever VA inspector was obviously in cahoots with the VA dealer, since he passed it 100%. It failed MD inspection on three counts (alignment, windshield, and the hidden damage). I think the dealer really should have disclosed this damage - he comes off as an SOB by concealing the facts, whilst showing a perfectly-nice CARFAX report.

I have a 1997 Ford Ranger with 53 thousand miles, and it still doesn't have a dent or a speck of rust on it. I could have this vehicle until I leave this earth. I've only driven 800 miles since the beginning of this year. It's one advantage of having an incurable pain disorder. I always find the silver lining.

My 03 truck has just over 92K on it and my 07 Yaris is right around 75K. I intend to drive them till they drop ! Since the truck is a diesel I might drop before it does ! Since I got the Yaris I have been putting about 5K a year on the truck, driving the little car the majority of the time.
