I speak English fluently as it's my native tongue, and have been struggling to become fluent in German for way too many years. I get very anxious and hyperfocused on mistake-making and let this get in my way of practicing. ::sigh...::

I've studied French and can identify many of the nouns but trying to figure out the conjugation of the verbs is beyond me right now. So, I know when someone gives me directions in Paris, that they may be telling me to "______ Church______ river____ to the corner and _______ " So in this case a limited amount of knowledge can be dangerous.
