Im thinking about 20 yrs. I wish it would happen tomorrow. Its hopeless to fight it. The government spends billions on the Maryjane war and its still as easy to get as a pack of cigs.

A better question might be "How long will it take marijuana to become legal in the eyes of United States?" Under US Law marijuana is a Schedule I drug under the federal Controlled Substances Act of 1970 and thus, one might be better to work on that then worry about a state by state legalization.
