Medium to hot generally, I love spice but I dont like it when the spice overpowers the rest of the flavours in the meal.

Actually it varies when I want spicy food. I spread it out so that I do not eat too much at once a month. I used to enjoy Mild now Medium, Hot, and Fire. Currently tried Curry, love that stuff.

You don't have to punish yourself, a little spicy only adds to the flavor although I like to test myself sometimes.
