Well, not really. But I do exercise everyday. I have a morning, afternoon, and night routine and I walk and run compulsively (no, literally, it's an OCD trait I have. It sounds like a useful compulsion, but I have major runner's knee and it can't heal because of it). But it keeps my metabolism and I in good shape and I get a LOT of compliments on my blood pressure.
I do every other day, but I wouldn't go as far as EXERCISE NAZI!!! I like to run, and work my legs out when I have days off. I like to work out my stomach too.
ive been really good this summer :) i bike a lot!!!!!! and i signed up for a swim class in college thats twice a week so i wont be gaining that stupid freshman fifteen!!!!!!!
Okay my daily routine:
Monday-Friday:
Morning-
"exercise" in bed with Anne
Run on the treadmill and watch the news for an hour (6 miles)
Shower with Anne
Go on a walk with Anne and the dogs around the lake
Noon-
Go to soccer practice which begins with warmups which consist of:
run up and down this giant hill 50 times,
do 50 push ups,
do 50 sit ups,
run a mile,
stretch
and then practice soccer which is an hour and a half of intense drills
Afternoon-
I come home and walk the dogs with Anne again
Night-
"Exercise" in bed with Anne
Saturdays:
Morning-
"exercise" in bed with Anne
run on the treadmill for 30 minutes while watching cartoons (3 miles)
shower with Anne
walk to whatever field I'm playing at
Noon-
Do quick warm ups:
20 push ups, sit ups, run 1/2 a mile, stretch
then play a soccer game
afternoon-
Walk around the lake with Anne and the dogs
evening-
walk to the grocery store with Anne to get food for the week

Err... last time was my last P.E. lesson, that'll have been june 2009 i think.
But at 5'10" i'm 56kg, so i'm still far from fat. I just have no notable muscle.
