I have been told and seen articles saying if you are in a bad mood or depressed to think about those less fortunate and was wondering if this works for people because it doesn't work for me.
It makes me more depressed knowing there are so many people out there suffering and much of it is caused by our society. I also hate it when I am talking to someone about my problems and they remind me that they are in a worse situation. I know they have their own problems and I will listen and give advice if I can but when i am discussing my problems and they do this it makes me feel like they don't think my problems matter.
