Sex is one way. Or, you can find a quiet spot maybe outside if you can, sit down Indian style, put your arms/hands on your legs palms up, close your eyes and breathe deeply and slowly. Just concentrate on your breathing and the sounds of nature around you like the leaves rustling in the wing, birds chirping, smell the grass and flowers if any are around. And then just let your mind stop and clear out all the crap that's stuck in there. At least that's what I do. If you can't get outside, find a quiet room away from traffic noise, tv noise etc. The key is shutting everything else out and becoming totally relaxed. Or, as I said, there's always sex.
