Sunday has always been a lazy day as long as I can remember. As a kid, we'd sleep a little later, get dressed up for church, come home and change into our "play clothes" and then run around outside until dinner was ready. Always had a big Sunday dinner. That is really a lost tradition. Too bad really.

I like when my Sundays coming after Saturdays because that is what I am used to. I guess when you get older you get stuck in a routine. I would be willing to change things up if someone had a different idea.

Saturday, Jiu JItsu from 11:00 to 1:30. Grocery shopping afterwards or maybe just rest if the training was particularly hard.

Sunday is running and anything my wife wants to do.

Have a nice breakfast, do all the homework I left for the last minute, play some tunes on my guitar, do some running, take a shower, and then just chill until I go sleep and wake up at the ungodly time at 6 am

typically I just go to church and sleep all day. But since today I'm going hiking with my fraternity, I'll make an exception :)
