Definitely classic ..
adapted a bit too ..
with common areas and bedrooms on the main floor (along with the laundry)
This is a very good Organization of the home's layout for me!

Right now we have a Cape style house. But when we retire and hopefully move to the mountains, I would love a log cabin style house. I would be so different and would fit into the surroundings so well, I would just love it. It's just a pipe dream right now but you never know.

I've been in Victorian mansions on the ocean when I owned a cleaning and maintenance service.Also towns I've lived in in NJ had carriage stones,gargoyles and widows peaks with their Victorian homes. :)

I have always lived in apartments so I never had much of a choice of style.
If I were very wealthy and could afford anything I wanted, I would probably still live in a small house, but I really only care about the design on the inside, not the style on the outside.
I would probably have a tree house that was very modern on the inside. :)
