Spray on a spray conditioner and comb out....Or use Nexus Humectress conditioner and comb out. Always use a good conditioner after you shampoo.

spray conditioner comb nexus humectress conditioner comb conditioner shampoo nexus conditioner

lol looks like you got a lot of advice already so i won't bored you with mine ^-^ my 4 year old nieces hair gets tangled a lot and never lets her mom brush her hair after a bath but once i gave her a bath a brushed her hair she tells me when i do it, it doesn't hurt her at all but it hurts when mommy does it to get the tangles out :) my favorite thing to go when i had long hair is get it tangled since i love getting it from being tangled so i got really good at making tangels not hurt :D

all you have to do is take that section of hair wet it, and slowly take a come through it before it gets to the knot then when you come to the knot fast, but lightly go over it repeatedly and keep trying to run the comb through it more and more. :)

you're welcome and the lightly part is only the tips of the comb, not running it fully through your hair. and for you, you should try getting hair detangler :) it makes your hair insanely soft and it helps break the tangles down so it's a lot easier. i have some lol my mom bought it for my niece and i used it and now i bought my own i love it! it feels like conditioner, but it doesn't leave hair greasy or oily. i don't think it costs that much either.

lol i've dyed my hair, bleached it, and put products in it and it makes it super soft so i suggest it :) but i know a ton of hair tips that can make it healthy and less damaged ^-^ like never use 2 in 1 shampoos :)

it builds up in your hair/scalp to do that lol also what you put in your body like vitamins or food help your hair to be nice, healthy, shiny etc i take vitamins cuz my diet sucks lol and water helps it a lot too, but washing it every day makes it break but if you washing it like every other day/every 2 days it helps prevent hair loss better as well as the other stuff i mentioned before that :)

what i usually do is wet down the place where the knot is a gently pull it appart... like how your hair is down pull it sideways to seporate it and pull little pices of it out of the knot...it's a slow process but yea it works...

Patience and lots of conditioner. This happened to my daugher when she was little. Long thick beautiful hair.

You need a wide toothed comb, lots of conditioner. Work through the knot with the conditioner then get your comb and try to start at the bottom. Work with the comb and then use our fingers to separate the knot.

Keep working and be very patient. Try not to pull at the scalp. The knot should get smaller and smaller. Don't cut it off. IF this doesn't work, use peanut butter -- it works to take gum out of kids hair.

You will of course have to wash when your done. Good luck sweetie!

Start from the bottom go very slow and run your fingers through as you're doing it. Use your fingers to untangle it then just slowly brush. It should come out. And if you have any conditioner put that in your knot and slowly brush from the bottom. :) hope it helps!
