We were lucky to be able to spend President's Day weekend in Maui. I only have one child, and I feel like I need a few days to recover. I am amazed and impressed by the moms out there vacationing with 2 or 3 (or 4+!?!) kids!
It really depends on the type of vacation. Once I went camping and was SO happy to get back home and even going to work over staying one more night because it sucked that bad. But if I'm at the beach or at somewhere site seeing that's when I'm super sad to be leaving.
Actually depends on the place. Some make me want to stay forever, even though i won't, some make me exhausted, and others make me want to get back to my life. Some even make me feel all three.
Vacation can be defined as just relaxing....and eating pizza and watching a movie. I feel good. Like after having sex with a blonde chick ... so good you can't remember what it was like.
It depends on where I am.
Like in October I went to Hawaii/San Francisco for two weeks(two nights in SanFran, then Hawaii, then another two nights in SanFran) leaving Hawaii was the worst but once we were on the plane coming home from San Fran I was ready to be back in my own bed haha
For me, it's a little of all three, but in most cases I always wish the trip was just a little bit longer because there is always so much to see and do.
A little of each. Tired from being on the go all the time. Rejuventated from just being able to relax & do whatever I want. Depressed to go back to work
Like I want to go back ASAP! The place in my profile picture is like a spiritual awakening (Jackson Hole area). I could go back again and again. I can spend hours there hiking around photographing nature at its finest. Then I have to go back to crowded, asphalt-laden southern California. I know many feel this place is vacation-worthy, but when you have to drive the jammed freeways just to get to work and/or do your errands, you long for wide open spaces (well at least I do :-)
Depends on what type of vacation. I've done very harsh survivalist stuff with old army guys( mixed really) and martial artists and you come home and just want to relax for a week but other trips of pure surfing or hiking or fishing? Wow, sometimes I just want to go back and live and it's real depressing. Depends i suppose.
rein supreme, I wanted the trip to go on forever.
