On "60 Minutes", Morgan Freeman states that the only way to stop racism is to stop talking about it. Do you agree with that theory?

Of course, sometimes people do try to hurt you. And that is different. But we're talking about individuals, not the majority of people. Still, when someone is violently racist, they need to involve the cops, and HOPEFULLY the cops will do their job (as if...)
You can't change people, but you can change how you react to a situation. If you are living a mostly peaceful life with no violence or threats to your personal safety in it... stop talking about racism. It just makes people self conscious and makes you appear more different... you cause yourself to look like an alien.
Trying to bury it won't work, go ahead and let them talk.
(and stop pulling out the CARD .. each time someone disagrees) ..
You know what ..
Losing my sight .. the Vision Loss (Blindness) is quite a Blessing indeed .. for I'm not distracted by /visuals/ .. I must listen carefully ..
It is amazing what you can sense .. when you have no SIGHT to distract ..

It's disappointing that he's an Obama supporter. Oh well, nobody's perfect.
• That of the South: Overt
• That of the North: Covert
The covert racism is as if not more insidious than the overt. The covert masquerades as non-racist then back-stabs. I hate them both.
I guess I can kind of see the irony but if it isn't shared then we can't aid the future generations in not being racist.
