First Chief of our Police's daughter had one..he resigned.NOW our Governor's son...girl SO drunk they had to call 911...IS this common???? This is smallest state in USA..R.I. both rich kids

very common.. ive been to a few in high school... theres always ways to do it and ways teens get it they either drink in the woods so the cops wont go down there or on train tracks and places like that. or they have a party when the parents are out of town. and usually theyll get it when an older sibling buys it for them or any random person. i see high school girls hanging outside of liquor stores all the time waiting for a college kid to buy them booze because 99% of the time the guy will do it.

I suspect more common than I would like to believe. There was never one at my home. We had lots of young adults in our house, but they weren't allowed to drink here.

way common and if you keep them home when their gonna drink and re3gulate how much and that NOBODY !!! leaves without a sober driver then your kids have a much healthier outlook about alcohol !!

It's pretty common, though most don't result in needing to call emergency numbers.

I also don't understand why the First Chief of police was required to resign, is he meant to be able to remotely control his daughter or something?

Very common.

I'd guess over 90% of students at my college (Ages 14 - 18) did. I know for a fact I was the only person in my ICT, Biology and Applied Science classes who did not get drunk on a semi regular basis (Bi-weekly). And that was all my subjects.

Actually that's a lie - one other person in my biology group didn't drink either...
