How Chemotherapy can backfire, make cancer worse by triggering tumor growth?

My Mother, Grandfather and 4 brothers died of Cancer. My children already know how I feel about Chemotherapy.
If I were to get Cancer I have written down I do not want Chemo or radiation.
I have lived a great life. Whenever it is time to leave this planet I am ready. I saw the effects of treatment and how horrible my family members suffered, only to die from Cancer anyway.

Chemotherapy can also release tumor cells into the bloodstream.

and all the while chemo makes you as sick as a dog ... it's the worst of the possible worlds ...
