Oooh I love that! Both the song AND your pets names. (Tune is beautiful, names are cute.) Sometimes I'll put a Mr./Miss/Mrs. or Ms in front of my pets names.

its thick & heavy, gramma made all the kids big heavy quilts :)

my brothers & sis, gathered abunch of pictures,
from when mum was a import an some after dad passed on,
can't find the disk with the finished quilt, anyways
in the middle, it started with just those 2, then as the family grew we laid out the pictures accordingly
    all the kids & stuff.
had them transferred on to quilt, we didn't exspect mum to cry as she did, but she did.
when you transferr pictures the pictures are not distroyed, is expensive though,
kinda cool to go to mum's an see her all bundled up on the couch wrapped in that quilt.
its thick & heavy, gramma would have approved :)

    What a thoughtful post.

Sometimes, it's just too hard to jump in the middle of the world's commotions. I try and play my part whenever I see possible, but seek to improve myself more than anything.

What a clever metaphor for life. I used to want my bed to be very neat and tucked in, hospital corners and all. Every morning I still neatly make it, however I have conceded that the side my hubby sleeps on can't have the blankets tucked in at the foot because he is too tall and pulls them out an way. The beige comforter now has a fleece blanket over it, because the dog sleeps with us and she likes to jump up after being outside. I usually find the television remote buried in the blankets because we escape earlier and earlier into the refuge of the bedroom when life just gets to be too much. When I was a young girl my mother used to say I was like "The Princess and The Pea," so particular about my single bed. Now, I really do sleep in a queen size bed...but it is messier and sleep isn't as easy to come by. But, I keep making it...tucking and straightening.

The Princess & The Pea, I had forgotton about that story. I liked Carol Burnetts (sp?) version. If anyone can find it on YouTube and place it here it would be a hoot.
    Thankyou!
