THEY COULD PAINT MY HOUSE EVERY 45 DAYS WITH A NEW ADVERTISEMENT

1) It doesn't drastically bring the rest of the neighborhood's market value down. A neon tangerine house in a forest of clay-colored houses is rather hideous, and people will stay away from that street at all costs.
2) I can choose what advertisements are put on my house and where they appear.
3) The advertising company and I can cancel the contract at any time and remove the paint job if I need to move out. See reason 1.
