No one should be making public speculations about his health. He is quite heavy, and knows it. He is also quite active, and people should shut up about his weight.
Why would I want a physically unfit president. Plus the added expense of having bigger limos, bigger beds, bigger airplanes, heavier speaking platforms, weightier subjects. Oops, how did that get in there.

I am concerned about both the health and the health habits of elected officials.
Being in politics gets people concerned about things that are not their business. I would not last ten minutes because I would be less than hospitable on my response to them worrying about my weight and where they could go.

He's put himself in a position where many things (& lives) ride on him sticking around and staying healthy awhile! I dont think we need any numbers. But our eyes can clearly see, he's getting a bit big to be healthy.
He really should slim down a bit for his family first!
i.e., I'm fine with being a bit to thin, but common sense tells me it's not healthy and I want to dance at my Grandkids weddings. So you do what you have to, to make it happen!
