Hi frndz...i m a 19 year girl....weight around 61 kg...height around 5feet 3 inches..........should i reduce weight?

Mark 2010/10/01 09:53:22+2It all depends. How much of that weight is muscle? Muscle weighs more than fat, after all. That's about 134 lbs, which puts you in the normal range of body mass. It's on the high end, but to remain within the normal range, just try to stay under 141 lbs, or 64 kg. So, you are not overweight. You are fine.

















But if you are happy with your body, then no don't reduce your weight because you are just fine were you are... but if you do want to lose a kg or 2... then do it by cutting out any junk food you may be consuming... or cutting your calories by 100 - 200... but really no more than that... and do just a little bit more of exercising, like walking if you don't currently exercise... But I wouldn't obsess over it or overdo it.
