i have a video game that i really like called eternal darkness, and it got scratched. so i smeared toothpaste on it because this usually works to help it become more readable. after i did this, and after i rinsed and dried the cd, a thick fog appeared on the shiny part of the cd, and it wont come off, no matter what i do (did). does anybody know what that is all about? and is there a way to fix it?
