I doubt eating that burger did that customer in. Heart attacks are most likely due to decades of poor eating habits.

Shut down NO..... EACH and every individual is responsible for his or her own decision to eat, drink or do whatever they do....... Just because fast food is not so good for you doesn't mean it kills.. Same with guns... Guns don't kill people do.... burgers don't kill its the people with seriously bad eating habits that KILL THEMSELVES!!

If shutting down everything that was POSSIBLY bad for you then there would be NO cigarettes, no alcohol , no drugs in all forms , lots of script meds, no MEAT, no eggs , no dairy fats, no white breads, no mushrooms, certain kinds of seafood and the list could go on and on..

Shutting a place like that down is just an example of making other people's decisions for them. Why should everyone else have to suffer just because others make bad decisions? Closing one restaurant isn't going to change people's bad habits. They'll just find someplace else to eat bad food.

I feel like one burger won't cause a healthy person to have a heart attack unless he or she is already at risk for having one... So maybe there should be a warning label, although if you can't realize that having a triple decker burger from a place called "Heart Attack Grill," isn't a good idea ESPECIALLY when you're already unhealthy there's probably no hope from you

They know the consequences yet they continue to eat there. It's called natural selection;

..of course not; these people had the choice to NOT go there if they had health concerns..and besides, they're more honest about the fat/caloric content of their menu than most places (and I bet there's no pink slime used there, either..)

Just because it's made doesn't mean you have to eat it, plus you don't have to eat it all at once. Alot of times what I get for supper I will take the next day for lunch. Plus, one burger did not give this person a heart attack, years of eating wrong, smoking, and drinking played a hugh part, I would assume.

Eat at your own risk. Although the restaurant has nothing to do with it - eating their food wont cause instant death. Their clientele are probably fairly unhealthy and used to eating this way to begin with.

Your body, your choice. Eating a Heart Attack Burger every once in a while won't kill you, but eating poorly ALL the time will. That person probably had a lifetime of bad eating habits behind them.
