Usually I would agree but after Hurricane Sandy - nothing has been right. Everything is off - even when I am trying to be positive. Want my house back - the way it was and it isn't going to happen. Sorry to rant!

Yes and no.

You are responsible for how you take in the day. That much is true. But there are some terrible things that can happen every day.
Like realizing people still listen to Justin Bieber
Or having some punk wearing a snapback park his beat up hand-me-down car right next to yours so you can't get in.
Or having a significant other that enjoys pointing out your flaws
Or blue-screening
Or having a family member die.

Etc. etc.

I think it's all about letting go of trying to control other people and situations. The only thing you can control is yourself and how you react. Life can be a bitch sometimes and all you can do is roll with it. You'll have less stress and less weight on your shoulders. I'm just a young guy, so what do I know? I'm just saying that's how I make it.
