But always claimed to be having a "discussion", would've been better if they'd split, but they stayed together for my 'sis & I's sake 'til we left home, wonderful job inraising dysfuctional children (at least we didn't have any, so this "Family Tradition" has been stopped, goes back to WW1).

Many times throughout my childhood with my mother and father. Now that I'm older it's my mother and grandmother that fight with each other and I've considered them my parents since I was ten.

But, that's when I step in and defend my mom. Sometimes, I head for my knife. My step-dad is a A$$. Everyone in this house is afraid of him. But I'm not.. Why? Well, as I have said earlier... I head for my knife.. And he knows when I do too..

lol its really no big deal. ^-^ he doesnt scare me one bit. hes too blind to do anything. and he knows if he hits me its on so he dont do that. he picks fights with me, finds everything to fuss about me to my mom. i cant stand him..

My dad split when I was 1 or 2, I didn't talk to him for the first time until I was 15
When he and my mother did speak, it was very civil, you would have thought they were friends.
