yes, batting 1000 ,, undefeated in small claims court ..

landlord / tenant disputes are pretty easy / simple ..
either you paid the rent and have a receipt , or you did not pay ..

funny thing is when the judge asks them if there is a reason why they did not pay, some of the answers are mind boggling .. I went on vacation , I bought toys for my neice , I forgot , it was X mas and I bought my boy friend gifts , I got a wig , etc. they crack me up with their answers ,, the judge does not see the humor ...

Walked away from my ex company with a nice chunk of change. Why did they lose? Five words... Corporate Stupidity on their part! And yes, revenge for their ignorance and stupidity heaped on them was and still is very sweet!

I was subjected to a civil suit, but technically won it when the plaintiff withdrew the claim. He was going to lose, and he knew it!

My ex owed nearly 20 grand in back support and I had to have the prosecutor go after her. She attempted many times to get out of it to no success I am happy to say.

I was sued for the cost of some telemarketing I commissioned a few years ago. To make long story short I did not like the reaction I got from the people they were contacting so I refused to pay them. I got a strong case together we went to court they lost I was awarded costs, it went to a higher court, they lost again they went to the highest court and lost again, my lawyers made a fortune and I never paid out a cent. I should have counter sued.

Sort of. My daughter was bit by a dog....she won the lawsuit (age 6). I was so terrified...both the bite to the face and court after.

No. I don't have much use for law suits. I've seen some real gems over the years trying to take advantage. I did get sued once because some drunk guy came and sat down next to me with dog between us. He tried to give her a hug and she bit him. I can't say as I blamed her, either, but it cost my home owner's insurance company some $$. Dogs automatically lose.
