can't say that i believe that anyone has ever walked on water.....I do believe there has always been people who know God ( 4 real).....and therefore can walk on nothing...(but faith)
But I have seen especially designed floaters for the feet which would enable one to do it, much in the same way that snow shoes can prevent one from sinking in soft snow
