Hungry jack's is better than BK. I went to BK in England and it was exactly the same as a Macca's, down to the menu, colours used in the store, etc.

I hope so, I always think about them not washing their hands after touching meat. I'm being silly though... from the things I've heard most of us accidentally consume meat in grain products.
