I just did. I had to take my mom to work in the poring rain with thunder and lightening. My mom drive to we're she works while I was to drive home in it because later today I have to take my little sister to work (She can't drive yet). I was scared because I had no clue what was going to happen. My moms baby sister when she was 18 got into a car accident a died. I had a fit feeling that I might get into an accident. It was hard not to look at my mom and tell her "If I get hurt or die. I want you to know that I love you". I knew that would have made her worry more about me. My mom doesnt like me driving in the rain at all. But God made the rain lighten up just enough for me to get home safely (I drove home at 20 mph), bring in our little dog Bear, my two kittens and their mom, and my precious plant Jeffery. Thank you God for letting me get home safe.

    I make it a point to pray as soon as I wake up and before I fall asleep.
    I hate driving in the rain too. You get blinded when other cars splash water all over your windshield. I'm so glad you got home safely. God WAS watching over you.

    People have so much to be thankful for and they don't take the time to thank God for thier blessings.. I am glad that you realize that God had His hand of protection over you. And that was good to not worry your Mom. But, you now can tell here what happen and I know that would make her feel good....

    I thank God everyday for small miracles like coasting into a gas station on fumes, or ALL the lights turning green at the PRECISE moment when I am running late to work, or even delays at work causing me to be driving home later than expected causing me to avoid car accidents on the freeway. One time I gave the last of my money to a homeless person when I needed to fill my gastank and when I got out of my car and looked down, there was a $20 bill at my feet to buy gas for my car....small miracles...gotta love them!!
