Have you lately come across a DOUBLE UNDERLINE word virus that creates a pop up box? If so, how can you remove it?

Malwarebytes works very well but there are times it will not run in that case run ComboFix from the command prompt. ComboFix is a program, created by sUBs, that scans your computer for known malware, and when found, attempts to clean these infections automatically.

fret's advice is sound. Download malware bites and AVG in safemode with networking AFTER you disable that whole windows backup/drive mirroring nonsense. I use Linux so I cannot remember what that is called any more..

Malwarebytes-Antimalware. Reboot to safe mode, run a full scan. It should remove virus...provided you have an updated version. you should be able to download it in safe mode with networking.
