I have for both personal and professional reasons. I have been hired as a professional witness on two occasions where people are injured in vehicular collisions, and feel that the built form contributed.

yes, I messed up in my testimony. I was honestly telling the truth but I was nervous and the judge thought I was lying. It didnt hurt my testimony though because I eventually pulled through.

Wow, I'm surprised how many people have testified.

I had to testify in a sexual harassment case involving a friend of mine. Basically, a creepy old pedo forcibly groped and kissed her. She was pretty broken up about it, and the dude got off with a slap on the wrist. Isn't our justice system grand?

Yes when I was 18 Y.O. a guy broke into my house, the police called me to I.D. my stuff, I had to Testify, for the prosecution. also at my divorce.

I was a store manager for a pharmacy and had to go countless time to testify against shoplifters..it was so bad most of the judges new me on a first name basis. Got the store cleaned up though
