    My job during Sheild and Storm was to photograph Saddam's atrocities in Kuwait...I also photographed the highway of death.....Saddam's forces tried evacuating Kuwait but made a mistake when their tanks fired on a Marine armored division...well, the marines fired back, Schwartzkoff ordered all air,land,sea forces the location and the results were.....

    Complete destruction of this convoy, I walked through this mess and took hundreds of photos that are now stored in some vault in D.C.

    Yeah.... But I was riding not walking....in a convoy of armed Humvees.... Being shot to hell.... But turns out... We were the ones to make it...they got to meet Allah...

    2 near death experiences, one in ER and one in a car. Another as a baby that I don't remember. The two I remember were pretty awesome. Only scary until the transition into the Light body and wonderful after that. At the time I really wanted to stay but I was told to come back; still have things to do here.

    a little over a year ago i had gotten sick..sure felt like i was going through the valley of the shadow of death...i kept remembering the 23rd psalm..began praying the 23rd psalm..i felt like i was seriously going to die...i become stronger and am good now...actually found peace with god..and i thank him for each day, just the enjoyment of living..

    Dude. Welcome back. :) You just reminded me of another I had during surgery. I think I put it out of my head because it was entirely different experience because of anesthesia. Do you have any memories of the time you were gone? Mine were great, except for the one in OR. I was spinning in a void and took forever to find 'up'. Missed all the cool stuff that time.

    Cool. I probably talk about it too much but my experience (not in OR) was awesome. I've spoken with others who had very similar experience as me. Part of everything but still keeping individuality within a body made of Light. Good to know you've been 'there' also. Sometimes it seems too good to be true. Thanks.

    It is not a bad feeling walking down the tunnel to the white light it was very peaceful but the feeling was also one of panic that hey wait a minute I am not ready. So kind both ways.
