No, though I do have a shirt that slightly faded when I put it through the wash. Then again, there were no directions that told me that I had to wash it inside out.

I'm sure I've ruined a phone number here and there.

But the story I want to share isn't about ruining something in the laundry. In my dorm we get laundry cards, we put them in machines and than we put money in the machine and it puts money on the card debit style. And than you use that card to pay for laundry. I've lost that damn card several times, and in the process lost the money that was on it.

Ruining stuff would involve caring what I wore. I'm fairly sure I've had white things turn various different colours. Never cared enough to consider the clothing ruined. Me covered = success.

Nope. One time though in our shared laundry room in the military someone decided they wanted my washer while I wasn't watching my gear and thew my soapy stuff out on the dirty floor so I paid them back in kind by 'accidentally' dropping an open can of kiwi boot polish in with their things.

I dyed a whole drum of white underwear peach.I was so pissed off because I had just bought 2 new wonderbra £44 ....What made it decidedly worse my friends kept saying
" I like peach " completely ruined not even stain devil worked....." Aargh! "
OH well, taught me a valuable lesson and Courtney has never gone to school in pink shirts . " ALWAYS CHECK THE DRUM "

A couple of my kids lol.

I eventually got them to work again. Apparently I'm not the first one who has done this and there are plenty of websites with instructions on how to do the fixes.

Put in all my white "T" shirts and didn't realize I had a pair of BRAND NEW bright red socks wrapped up in one of the shirts.

Well I had pink "T" shirts, all that I owned, from then until I wore them out.
