Broke both of my legs (at different times), broke both arms (at different times as well), cracked my head and the last was when I was in a car accident (I didn't get hurt, they just wanted to be safe and make sure).
A few times.
1. Broken leg when I was about 2.
2. Fell against a sharp table edge when I was about 6 or 7 and cut my head (needed staples).
3. Car accident when I was 15 (ambulance was for my brother and I rode with him).
There might have been more but I can't remember at the moment.
