Yes, and i have also had foster siblings because some people seem to love drugs more than four wonderful children.
Honestly i don't see how anyone could throw away everything for drugs. I understand addiction, but things like your children should come first no matter what.
I can seriously say i hate any person who can put a child through that, but i also admire the ones that were willing to get clean and stay clean for their children and family.
