I hide them from everyone and myself. "Took every feeling I had and bottled them up until the well ran over." It probably be smarter to express them. One day its going to pop, but maybe, nobody will be able to open it anyway.

Depends not everyone gets to see how I feel... But if u see my art work it kinda gives it away... Sometimes Im pretty open but I prefer for people to see the happy me cuz I don't want to bring anyone down with my problems

It caused a lot of pain and anguish over the years. finally had an issue arise that I was unable to deal with and turned to the one source I never truelly gave a chance and that was Jesus. Had to get to the breaking point before I finally kneeled to His love.

I hide my feelings all the time from my kids, their mom and my friends. My daughter, 14, is the only one who ever notices when I cry because a particular song plays or I cry at a movie, She is the only one who seems to care. She is the only one who knows about my new girlfriend and how happy she makes me. She has chatted with her and approves.

It is nearly impossible for me to hid my feelings. I, after much practice, learned to blank out my expression. But, to those people who know me, know thats a sign I'm upset. Usually I try to leave the room.
