i've had many many panic attacks and a little problem with anxiety (and by little i mean pretty big)...

im supposed to take meds for anxiety but my mom never took them to get filled (she says i wont take them anyway, because i dont take my ADD meds (after i told her they made me feel weird)) i think i might have had panic attacks before, but who knows my mom just says im over emotional and hyper sensitive.

About 10 yrs. ago i had a panic attack .We were on a highway and i made my husband stop the car and I got out. I just stood there and cried.I thought I was going to die.I felt like i was in a straight jacket.I had 2 more after that and never had another one .Thank God.
