Have you ever had ''anger management'' ?

I have never had this problem but I asked a biker friend of mine one day,he said that he'd been sent to it in jail one day. He thumped the guy in charge and left. I know that's not supposed to be funny,but I did laugh! That's just my perverted sense of humour.

Your question is confusing. I'm a "biker" too, and yes, I don't usually "handle" my anger as best I should. I have no patience for stupidity or arrogance, and have no problem at all expressing that - verbally or physically. I can be extremely vicious, especially if you are stupid enough to push me too far. Had a dumb-a** young girl get in my face recently 'cos I had her car towed (just doin' my job). Thankfully, my Mother got between us trying to get the girl to shut the he** up, as I would have knocked her face in otherwise. She has no idea how close she came to spending a few weeks in the hospital.

Not yet but I try to hide it at work the best I can but I guess I have physical signs that show I'm pissed and you better be careful what you do next.

Never had anger issues, myself. Picked up effective coping skills by observing my parents. I imagine a lot of the recent incivility/hostility/etc. so evident today is due to insufficient role modeling.
