I have a very good friend that was on the tail end of kicking heroin when I first met him. He has been clean for 7 years.

I once asked him what made him want to try heroin, he said it was because all the great thinkers did it, and he always considered himself a great thinker.

I have seen and spent much time with people addicted to Crack Heroin and some other various drugs (when that legal chemical sh*t came out I saw a epidemic) ,
but never have I seen as much devastation as with Alcohol addiction, in my family, on the streets, in the clubs I run, with my best friends, nothing has caused more damage than ALCOHOL.
Lost 4 friends, 2 family members and known 20+ people who have died from drunken behaviour, wonder why they got it legal

hahahaha, obsession with weed is what you saw, the onyl way someone can see someone as having an addiction to weed is in there own made up reality of what there life is.
After all, you are not present 24/7 of someones life, so how you can judge them better than they can themselves, you probably had them believing they were addicted

One has stopped not the others. They been taking it for a several years. Two of them told me and I have seen them use chew to help with the craving, during school time breaks. I am a straight-edge. I don't do drugs.

Good for you, dont judge them for using drugs.

And if there still in school, chances are they just dont know how to use weed responsibly, I was the same when I was 13 (copped on when I was 15, took me 2 more years to get over my alcohol problem, a much more serious one).

Chances are quite high your friends take weed anticipating it to be a much more "heavy" drug (because thats how it is advertised, laws etc.), so there mentality towards it is largely based on that.

Are they chewing weed or hash?

Very judgmental to say whether someone else is going to heaven or hell, your more likely to go to hell than them for that attitude than someone is for spending there life addicted to crack.

A friend of mine been smoking weed since 1978. And he gets pissed off when companies want him to take a drug test.I do not know if they have these things in England,still to my amazement,he moved there 10 years.ago,but he buy one of cleansing kits you can get here to pass a test. On his Facebook he is listed as a retired bum. What a dumb ass
