when i get in the car that is the 1st thing that I take care of. I have had a friend that has ended up w/ a bad back. His sister got thrown from the car & killed when the car rolled over her.

Once in a while but the alarm quietly reminds me when I've gone too far.

No, not since I learned not to start the car without it on. That took a long time. I was in such a habit of not wearing one until my son was born, then I gradually trained myself not to leave the driveway without it on. Old habits do die hard. Now, I'm so use to it, I don't forget anymore, and the rare time I do, the seat belt alarm goes off, so I put it right on.

I was in The USAF for 27 years, & seat belt laws were in effect from the mid 70s. I got used to wearing it all the time. The USAF had helmet laws while riding motorcycles during the same time frame.

though I rarely wear a seat belt. I'd rather pay the $20 ticket a couple times a year.

It's happened but pretty rarely. Feels a little weird without it I've gotten so used to wearing it.

When I was a kid, I almost never wore it. But now that I drive, I always wear it and I won't drive as long as one of my passenger hasn't got the seatbelt on.

Yes, but the buzzer and dashboard light soon lead me to correct the problem. (Usually, it's my wife who has forgotten to buckle her belt.)
