Yes...Snake and Buffalo....but, I did`nt know they were exotic animals...!

Buffalo. I live near one of the largest buffalo ranches in the country. I've also had ostrich. It's very dry.

Yes they aren't bad. Most of the time people mix the meat with beef. Lots of people raise beefalo.

Rattle snake. Alligator. Monkey in South America [didn't know it at the time]. Tapir,etc

I have had Buffalo; but, its available at all of the stores, unlike the other options. Its a little dry; but flavorful.
