    I'm tired of GE Capital Retail Bank replacing my card every year as part of their anti fraud program. It's a ritual with them.

    Attempted fraud (twice) but they didn't get away with either time. Make sure you use the protections available, worth the cost.

    ..I don't use the debit card much...and I have two credit cards; one for ONLY online purchases, the other for ONLY face-to-face purchases..

    All in all it cost me around $900. There's supposed to be a liability limit of $50, but my former bank decided that didn't apply to me. They ALSO tried to charge me over $200 in assorted fees related to the fraud incident, none of which I paid.

    Someone in Indiana stole my ID, Name, and SSN.
    Don't ask what I think we aught to do with hackers or id thieves. Needless to say, the old west had a good solution for horse thieves.
